20000A Automobile Lithium Battery Safety Short Circuit Testing Machine For PC Control
Description
Remote integral battery large current short-circuit test machine is designed to complies with standards at the internal resistance far less than 5mΩ to achieve large short-circuit current. In additional, a load-bearing capacity must be designed in electrical system for short-circuit system. Thus, Bell R&D team selects industrial DC magnetic contact with full copper terminal and internal copper current conduction, and internal active bead axial fan is mounted to cool to ensure the test system more safer and reduce the test machine power consumption and enable the test data in accuracy.

Features
1. large/High current DC contactor.
1.1 Long distance connecting and disconnecting DC working voltage to 700V.
1.2The rated working current of 5000,10000A DC, the transient current can reach 10000A, 15000A; with a series magnetic blowing and longitudinal diaphragm ceramic earth extinguisher arc extinguishing system.

5. Basic configuration
5.1 The battery short circuit tester is composed of a large current short circuit contactor, a remote control controller, a voltmeter, an ammeter and so on.
5.2 must be equipped with accessories: 10000A test cable etc.
5.3 Test site NOTE
This test is dangerous. When testing, please use a separate tester room to test, and open the observation window in the lab, so as to record the voltage and current data when the battery is short-circuited.
